My journey into coaching began from personal experiences of pain and healing. Though I worked in accounting and finance, I found true fulfillment in supporting others. As a tax officer, I often met people overwhelmed by financial stress—but the role limited how much I could help. During that time, I became a single mother, and later, a severe car accident left me with permanent whiplash. The physical pain was intense, but the emotional toll was even greater. I felt trapped—until I discovered holistic pain management and mental health coaching. It changed everything. I experienced care that healed both body and soul, and I knew I had to share it. I retrained in counselling and coaching, earning diplomas in both. My work with Dorset Mind and Bournemouth Churches Housing Association deepened my commitment. Today, through Wellness Revival Care, I honor that promise—to provide the same compassionate, transformative care that once helped me, so others never have to face their struggles alone.
